Ticket Information 2018


All advanced booking tickets are Print at Home.  Once you have purchased your items through our secure website, you will receive a confirmation email (from Ticketsrv) with a link to your Eticket which you can then print out.   

Please remember to keep your tickets in a safe place and don't forget to bring them with you, we need the whole piece of paper including the barcode.


The price of admission is per person & includes entry to the event and car parking.

Seating around the main arena is free of charge.

  • Children 12 years & under accompanied by an adult are free of charge.
  • Garden Club Membership is for the Arenaside enclosure and includes Forward Car Parking when purchase


The Hamptons International Garden Club is an arenaside enclosure for Members only, which has fully licensed Bar & Grill area with a counter service selling tea, coffee and lunch.

(Closes 5pm Daily)  Admission is strictly by badge.

Please note:  Garden Club Tickets purchased in advance INCLUDE Event Admission and Forward Car Parking.

  • E-Ticket for Admission and Forward Car Parking, go to Green labels Gate & once scanned, display pass in your windscreen.
  • E-voucher for Garden Club membership, to be handed in at the Secretarys' Office to be exchanged for a Garden Club badge.

Children 12 years & under are free if accompanied by a Garden Club member.

Well behaved dogs are allowed in the garden club on a lead.

Discounted Admission for 2 Adults and 2 Children aged between 13 and 18 years, travelling in the same car.


A popular way to enjoy the full extent of the Event is to book on to our Campsite.  Situated a stone’s throw away from the main Event site, which is within the grounds of Gatcombe Park.  Water, shower and toilet facilities, the Campsite is suitable for any type of camping accommodation. 

Camping pass includes 1 x pitch, admission to the event for 2 people (13yrs+), one Event Programme per membership. 


On arrival at the event follow signs for camping, at the Campsite the Caravan Steward will scan your Eticket and give you your Camping Members pack which will contain everything you need for an enjoyable weekend at The Festival.

The campsite will open at 9am on Thursday 2nd August and closes at 12 noon on Monday 6th August.


 We are offering the opportunity to book Power for Camping members for the duration of the event.  

This must be booked and paid for in advance using our Online ticketing facility. You will then be be sent an E-Voucher which you should bring to the event to be scanned by the Campsite Steward and you will then directed towards hookup sites.   



Once purchased, items cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled.  No duplicate items can be issued or any refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten, unused or surplus passes, admission tickets or badges.


If the event is cancelled or abandoned prepaid tickets will be refunded in full in respect of any day that is cancelled before the start of that day's competition. In respect of items covering the whole event (season tickets, caravan membership etc) the following proportions will be refunded: Cancellation before Friday starts 100%, before Saturday 80% before Sunday 40%. No refunds will be made on Event.

Any requests for refunds for any reason other than full event cancellation should be made in writing to the Horse Trials Office within 28 days.  The Organisers will have no liability or responsibility of any nature in respect of any requests made after that time. 


Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers, Festival of British Eventing, the British Equestrian Federation, British Eventing, Equiland Ltd, Captain M Phillips, Gatcombe Park Estate, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, grooms, spectators, dogs, exhibitors, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. 

The organisers advise that due to uneven and in parts steep terrain of the event site, it may be at times difficult for spectators to move around freely and easily.  As a result of which it may not be suitable for those who suffer certain medical conditions.  All spoectators enter the event at their own risk and are advised to wear suitable footwear.

Further the organisers reserve the right to vary the content of the event without being obliged to refund monies, or exchange tickets.  Further the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the Festival of British Eventing, Gatcombe Park, to any person or to withdraw permission at any time to remain in the grounds and shall not be required to give any reason for such action.
