The price of admission is per person includes entry to the event and car parking
Seating around the main arena is free of charge. Children 12 years & under accompanied by an adult are free of charge

BOX OFFICE IS NOW CLOSED FOR ADVANCED BOOKINGS, however you may still buy tickets on the gate.

PLEASE NOTE - Family Tickets are NOT available on the gate - 2 Adults, 2 Children aged between 12 and 18 years - ONLY available in advance

The Garden Club Bar & Grill is an arenaside enclosure for Club Members only, offering high quality bar type and BBQ food, morning coffee & afternoon tea and a full bar service. The ideal location in which to enjoy the day's arena entertainment in style. New for 2010 we have a restaurant area within the Garden Club where you are able to reserve a table for lunch, these are available on a pre-book basis only.

Admission to the Garden Club Enclosure is strictly by badge only which can be bought daily for £12 per person or in advance at £11. A season ticket is available at a cost of £22 per person or £20 in advance.
(Children 12 years & under are free if accompanied by a Garden Club member).

CARAVAN MEMBERSHIP
Includes entry for two people on all 3 days, two Garden Club season passes plus space for a caravan or tent in the caravan site which is located close to the event, within the grounds of Gatcombe Park. Water, shower and toilet facilities are provided but no electricity. Admission from Thursday 5th August - Monday 9th August 2010.

CANCELLATION OR ABANDONMENT

If the event is cancelled or abandoned prepaid tickets will be refunded in full in respect of any day that is cancelled before the start of that day's competition. In respect of items covering the whole event (season tickets, caravan membership etc) the following proportions will be refunded: Cancellation before Friday starts 100%, before Saturday 80% before Sunday 40%. No refunds will be made on Event.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY & RESERVATION OF RIGHT
Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers, Festival of British Eventing, the British Equestrian Federation, British Eventing, Equiland Ltd, Captain M Phillips, Gatcombe Park Estate, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, grooms, spectators, dogs, exhibitors, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the Festival of British Eventing, Gatcombe Park, to any persons or to withdraw permission at any time to remain in the Park and shall not be required to give any reason for such action.
