Event Facilities

Hamptons International Garden Club Bar & Grill

The Garden Club Bar & Grill is an arenaside enclosure for Club Members only, offering high quality bar type and BBQ food, morning coffee & afternoon tea and a full bar service. The ideal location in which to enjoy the day's arena entertainment in style.

This year there is a restaurant area within the Garden Club in which tables may be reserved for lunch in advance only.

Admission to the Garden Club Enclosure is strictly by badge only which can be bought daily or in advance. A season ticket is available on the day or in advance.
(Children 12 years & under are free if accompanied by a Garden Club member).

PLEASE NOTE: Closes 5pm Daily
Dogs regret no dogs are allowed in the Garden Club.
There is a foodcourt in the tradestand area with full bar service and numerous high quality fast food outlets serving a variety of food throughout the event. There are further fast food and ice cream outlets throughout the site and there are more groups of food concessionaires all around the cross country course on Saturday.

Catering & Bars

BANKING FACILITIES - THOMAS COOK

This year Thomas Cook will be situated next to the Secretary's Office to provide cash & banking facilities, banking of takings for tradestands and Bureau de Change facilities.

Disabled Facilities

Forward Car Parking is available for Disabled badge holders please inform us when applying for your tickets and you will be sent a disabled car pass.

Disabled toilets are available.

We regret that we do not have a mobility company on site due to the hilly terrain of Gatcombe Park.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome at the Festival of British Eventing, but must be kept on a lead at all times and should be cleared up after.

DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT IN CARS - Any distressed dogs will be removed by the RSPCA/Police from cars and no liability will be accepted for any damage caused.

For reasons of hygiene and health, please do not allow dogs to foul areas around tradestands or other public places.

Unfortunately dogs will not be allowed into the Garden Club

First Aid

First Aid will be available at the St Johns ambulance tent.

Mother & Baby Unit

There will be facilities for changing babies and a small area for feeding.

Tradestand Village

With over 100 trade exhibits to choose from there is plenty for everybody. The tented village offers an exciting shopping experience including indoor and outdoor clothing, ideas for the home and garden, and everything for the horse and rider.

Plus RURAL CRAFTS ASSOCIATION - A selection of stands exhibiting British craftwork and design

Post Office

A Post Office and General Grocery Store is available in nearby Avening & Minchinhampton Villages.
